Do I need an account to order?
Yes, you have to register an account to place your order. And this account can be used every time you wish to make an order in the future.

I would like to order sold out items. Is it possible?
Please contact our customer service to make sure, as some items are available for pre-order.
03.
What are the payment methods?
For now we only accept payment via bank transfer to BCA and Credit Cards. All payment should be make to our corporate account CV. Trikawan Sejahtera Abadi.
04.
How soon can I get my order?
Items will be delivered 1x24h (working days only Mon-Fri) after we receive your payment.
05.
How can I track my order?
Generally the shipping company will text you (in 2x24h) your order code on the phone number provided by you. But if in 2x24h you didn’t get the confirmation, please kindly contact our customer service for assistance.
06.
Can I get my order by GOJEK / personal courier?
Yes you can, as long as you live in Surabaya. But please note that all the shipping including gojek pickup can only be done during our office hours. (Mon-Fri 09.00-16.00. Public holidays off)
07.
What if what I receive is not what I ordered? Or if there is some defect in the product?
We deeply apologize for our error. Please kindly contact our customer service. For more information, you may visit our “Return & Exchange” section.

Can I exchange or return my orders?
As for now we don’t accommodate return. However, for several products with various sizes, if the size doesn’t fit, you can exchange your order to the correct size. Please visit the “Return & Exchange” section to see our return policy.
09.
How long will my order be kept after check out?
We will keep your order maximum 2 hours to wait your payment. Our system will automatically cancel your order If there is no payment confirmation.
10.
Do the pictures in your website accurately represent the products?
All of the pictures are real of the products without heavy editing and alteration. What you see is truly what you get.
11.
Do you have any stores?
No, we are an online based store. Our office is strictly for processing orders and shipping only.
