As for now we don’t accommodate return.
We only accept exchange product(s) due to mistake in our part (in the case of wrong size, color, order, and factory defect).
For certain product with sizing (if the size doesn’t fit) you can exchange for different size ONCE. Please note that the exchange is only available for size. You can’t exchange to a different color or product.
Refund can only be processed for defective products that are no longer available in our stock. The refund process will be made after we receive the product in the same condition as you receive them.
The product(s) eligible for exchange should be in the same condition as you receive them (new, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached). Returns that are damaged, stained, washed, altered, or without tags are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We only accept exchange within 3 days after you receive the order. Complaints made after those 3 days will not be processed. Please provide the tracking code of your return items.
All complaints and claims can be made through Live Chat (LINE or WhatsApp) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please provide the detail of your purchase (invoice number, date of purchase, complaints) and pictures of the goods you are exchanging.
All SALE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange and or refund, with the exception for the case of MUKU’s mistake in shipment.
Shipping and Exchange fee are paid by the customer, except for cases of shipping mistakes from MUKU’s side.
For customers who wish to exchange their goods, please include a note of details along with the shipping fee, in cash, behind the note. The details should cover original invoice number, product received, exchange claims/complaints. Bagi customer yang exchange tolong diberi note permintaan anda (retur size/complain). Shipping fee can be checked at www.sicepat.com for shipping from Surabaya to your location. If you wish to pay the shipping fee via Bank Transfer, please attach the proof in hard copy in the package, or alternately you can send the proof to our Customer Care live chat after confirming the exchange availability. Exchange packages without note and or shipping fee will not be processed.
